The Partners for the Future Foundation is introducing effective internship programs to both jobseekers and companies in Korea. Also, the Foundation wants to show the positive aspects of “on-the-job” internship program experiences to the people who are looking for jobs

  Jobseekers, who are mostly university/graduate students or just graduates, can gain practical working experience through an internship program allowing them to obtain wider vision of future careers and  gain a better understanding of various companies and industries. Working in an actual environment can better equip a person for their future job in a company.

  A company can facilitate a recruiting culture in Korea and can also build a positive corporate image through an internship program. Furthermore, with an operating internship program, companies could recruit experienced employees while effectively reducing their budget for recruiting and training. Companies can also use internship programs as teaching facilities and mold interns into capable and imaginative workers within Korean society.
