The Partners for the Future Foundation provides the unemployed with opportunities to acquire practical job skills that will help them lead independent lives.

The Partners for the Future Foundation does not offer actual job training. However, we fully support vocational training organizations that share our view by means of providing monetary support for their job training activities. We also act as a bridge between the vocational training organizations and the supporting companies so that the companies can directly provide monetary and product support to the organizations that are in need.

Two of the biggest beneficiary organizations that the Partners for the Future Foundation supports are the Home of Love and the Pearl S. Buck Foundation Korea

Home of Love is an institution for the physically handicapped. They look after those who need personal care and also provide job-training opportunities. Examples of such opportunities include seal engraving and watch mending to give the disabled the chance to support themselves

The Pearl S. Buck Foundation Korea is an institution supporting racial minorities (Amerasian, Kosian, Lai Daihan) and their families in Korea. The Foundation provides job-training activities such as cooking and driving, enabling single parents or orphans of racial minority backgrounds to perform as active members of Korean society.
